The reservation was cancelled as no show as I arrived until 9 pm, nobody in the reception unless you ring the bell bell multiple times then someone answers The offer a new room in the building in front of the street very ugly building that didn’t open the door, o asked for a cancellation and the lady accepts by phone, I send a reasonable request to loose one day and cancel the following which Paolo from Roman holidays didn’t accepted. No criteria by the management I’ll never book again with them as I lose everything

first of all they had one of the best customer service in Rome. Elena was very helpful through our staying. the room is very clean and cozy. the room includes a coffee machine and we had coffee capsules for our stay. the room was cleaned every day. the hot tub is also a very nice addition. we booked this hotel for our honeymoon and was one of the best decisions we have ever made!! we suggest to book it instead of any other hotel. the communication before our staying and all the days we were there was excellent!

Don't be tempted to stay at big chain hotels - prior to booking this we were looking at several chain hotels where we had status. Staying at Roman Holidays the location was perfect (walking distance to the Coluseum) and near the district of Monti (popular with expats and locals). The hotel itself is small but the staff, amenities and rooms are all brilliant. The staff sorted everything for us from late check ins to early taxi airports. A lovely little touch were the daily presents we received, like local olive oil and pasta. Would 100% recommend this hotel.

Kind and helpful staff, clean and beautiful rooms, fantastic jacuzzi in the room, very close to the station (300 metres away) and in a quiet building near a market. Perfect for short vacations in Rome, my girlfriend and I sayed here for two nights and it was a incredibly relaxing experience for an incredibly accessible price. Would absolutely come back.
